Abby Mohaddes is a Brooklyn-based actor and filmmaker represented by Asteria Artists and BBR Talent Agency.

She is a member of SAG-AFTRA and has appeared most recently in Law and Order and CIA. She has acted in commercials nationally and globally for brands such as Google, Hyundai, Snapchat, Adidas, Booking.com, Goldfish, Vanguard, Applebees and more.

In 2023 Abby founded Mohaddes Productions, a production company born out of her desire to capture and treasure her family’s stories through filmmaking. She recently completed her debut feature documentary 500 Years of Friendship, a portrait of her father and his life-long college friends reflecting on their time as Iranian foreign students at the University of Nebraska in the 1970s. It won Outstanding Feature Documentary at the Art of Brooklyn Film Festival in 2025 and was featured in the Nebraska Quarterly Magazine, and was then licensed by the University of Nebraska.

She received a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts where she studied acting (Stonestreet Studios), musical theater (New Studio on Broadway), and film production. She is also a proud alumnus of After School Improv, Tisch’s premiere long form improv team.
